How to login
To access your InstantPhoneLookups.com account, click here to login. Enter your username (your email address) and the password you chose upon signup. If you've misplaced your login credentials, click the forgot password link. For additional assistance, you may open a ticket with our support department.
How to change your password
To change your password, first login with your existing username and password credentials. Once you've logged in, click "My Account" in the upper-right corner of your browswer window. To retrieve a lost password, click the forgot password link on the login page and then follow the instructions.
How to update your account information
To update your account information at InstantPhoneLookups.com, first login and then click "My Account" in the upper-right corner of your browser window. From the following screen you can make changes to your name, email address, and password. We do not store your credit card number on file.
How to run searches
When you're logged into InstantPhoneLookups.com as a customer, click either "Reverse Cell Phone" or "Landline Lookup" to get started with your phone search. You can also conduct queries for line type, phone carrier, issuing location, and deep web crawl.
How to purchase more reports
Many customers choose to purchase additional phone reports from within our premium members area. To purchase multiple credits for a discount, simply login and click the "Tracer Reports" link. You'll be taken to a page with different purchase options.
How to contact support
To contact our support department, please open a ticket through our contact page. When writing your message, please clearly define your question or issue. If requesting assistance with a search, also be sure to include the full 10-digit phone number. Our staff is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Your satisfaction is important to us. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
